Chestnut, a restaurant in downtown Asheville, North Carolina, can be found at 48 Biltmore Avenue. The menu features creative cuisine and craft cocktails, with a focus on locally sourced products from growers, ranchers, cheese makers, and dairies.

Some items on the menu remain constant, such as the Calamari & Kale Salad, Charcuterie, and Scratch-Made Lobster Bisque, while the rest changes every month.

Joe Scully and Kevin Westmoreland own Chestnut, as well as Corner Kitchen in Biltmore Village. The two met through their sons, both named Matthew, and decided to start a restaurant together, with Scully serving as head chef and Westmoreland handling the business side.

The community benefits from the restaurant's support of organizations like Manna FoodBank, Eliada Homes, and the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy, and a portion of dessert sales is donated to local non-profits every quarter.
