Character Study

Character Study, a literary-themed neighborhood cocktail bar in West Asheville, North Carolina, brings literature and libations together. The bar features a curated selection of cocktails, including the Scare-acter Study Halloween cocktail menu, available through Halloween.

Each cocktail has a 'Mood' and a 'Character', describing the feeling and personality of the drink. This attention to detail sets the tone for a distinctive experience.

The bar partners with Bagatelle Books, a local neighborhood bookseller, to offer a selection of hand-picked books on their shelves, priced at $8 each and shelved randomly.

On the second and fourth Mondays of each month, a Reading Party takes place, providing a cozy and introvert-friendly evening of quiet reading, good company, and optional conversation and book recommendations.
